Perry said Saturday on NBC's Baltimore-New England telecast that Kravitz will join for the halftime show at the Sunday, Feb. 1 game in Glendale, Arizona.
Berry was diagnosed with Hodgkin's disease last December, shortly after complaining of pain in his chest following a game against Oakland. He was treated at Emory University in Atlanta almost immediately, and went through the final round of treatment in June.
"We've had philosophical discussions and when we sat down we just couldn't come to a place where we thought moving (on) together was the best for either party," York said.
