مالیات بر ارزش افزوده در ایران
مالیات بر ارزش افزوده (مالیات VAT) یکی از اهم مباحث مالی و مالیاتی در ایران است. این مالیات به عنوان منبع عمده درآمدی برای دولت و کشور ایجاد می‌کند. مالیات بر ارزش افزوده در ایران به دو شکل تفریقی مستقیم و تفریقی غیرمستقیم در معاملات تجاری اعمال می‌شود.

مالیات بر ارزش افزوده تفریقی مستقیم:
در این روش، مالیات بر ارزش افزوده از مراحل مختلف زنجیره تولید و توزیع کالاها و خدمات به شکل مستقیم دریافت می‌شود. به این معنی که هر مرحله از تولید تا مصرف مسئول پرداخت مالیات بر ارزش افزوده بر اساس ارزشی که در آن مرحله به کالا یا خدمات اضافه شده است، می‌باشد. این نوع مالیات بر ارزش افزوده به عنوان مالیات مستقیم شناخته می‌شود و از فروشنده در هر مرحله دریافت می‌شود.
مالیات بر ارزش افزوده تفریقی غیرمستقیم:
در این روش، مالیات بر ارزش افزوده از مرحله نهایی مصرف کالاها یا خدمات به شکل غیرمستقیم دریافت می‌شود. به عبارت دیگر، فروشنده در هر مرحله مالیات را به عنوان بخشی از قیمت کالا یا خدمات اعمال نمی‌کند، بلکه این مالیات توسط مصرف‌کننده نهایی در زمان خرید پرداخت می‌شود.
نرخ مالیات بر ارزش افزوده در ایران برای اکثر کالاها و خدمات به نرخ 9 درصد تعیین شده است. با این حال، برخی کالاها و خدمات ممکن است معاف یا با نرخ متفاوت مالیات بر ارزش افزوده مواجه شوند.
معافیت‌های مالیات بر ارزش افزوده:
در ایران، برخی کالاها و خدمات از پرداخت مالیات بر ارزش افزوده معاف هستند. به عنوان مثال، برخی محصولات کشاورزی و دامپروری، داروها، برخی خدمات پزشکی و آموزشی، ورزش‌ها، و تورهای گردشگری از این معافیت‌ها بهره مند هستند.
