انواع میلگرد از نظر ظاهری - sida - 07-08-2021 میلگرد را می توان فولادی در نظر گرفت که برای جبران مقاومت کششی کم در بتن ها مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد و سبب افزایش مقاومت کششی آن می شود. البته میلگرد ها تنها مصالح برای افزایش مقاومت کششی بتن نیستند و در مواردی خاص می توان از مصالحی همچون قوطی پروفیل و ناودانی نیز استفاده کرد. میلگرد ها از جهات مختلفی دسته بندی می شوند؛ به عنوان مثال میلگرد ها از نظر ظاهری به دو دسته ساده و آجدار تقسیم می شوند؛ همچنین از نظر مقاومت به 6 دسته مختلف تقسیم می شوند که شامل اروپایی، فولاد کربن، اپوکسی پوشش داده شده، گالوانیزه، فایبرگلاس لیمر و فولاد ضدزنگ می شود. انواع میلگرد از نظر ظاهری به صورت زیر دسته بندی می شود: میلگرد ساده: این میلگرد ها که دارای سطحی صاف و یکنواخت هستند، در سایز های بین 6 تا 50 میلی متر در دسترس می باشند. یکی از مهم ترین ویژگی های میلگرد ساده این است که به راحتی خم می شوند و بدون این که به کل ساختار میلگرد آسیب وارد شود، می توان آن ها را برش داد. از این میلگرد ها بیشتر به منظور ساخت درز انقباض برای خیابان ها و فرودگاه ها استفاده می شود. درز های انقباض در فاصله های معینی در مابین بتن ها جایگذاری شده و از جمع شدن و ایجاد ترک در بتن جلوگیری می کنند. با توجه به انعطاف نسبی میلگرد های ساده، به هیچ عنوان برای استفاده در پل ها و ساختمان ها توصیه نمی شود، زیرا امکان جدا شدن میلگرد از بتن در اثر وارد شدن فشار زیاد وجود خواهد داشت. میلگرد آجدار: این میلگرد ها که در سایز های 6 تا 50 میلیمتر تولید می شوند، به دلیل سطح زبر و آجداری که دارند، مشکلات میلگرد های ساده را نداشته و اتصال نسبتا خوبی با بتن برقرار می کنند، به طوری که احتمال جدا شدن میلگرد از بتن بسیار کم است. میلگرد آجدار نیز خود به دو دسته « آجدار ترمودینامیکی یا TMT » و « آجدار مقاومت بالا یا HSD » تقسیم می شوند.
