آغاز فرآیند جذب مدرسان دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی از امروز - sara - 28-01-2017 معاون آموزشی دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی گفت: فرآیند جذب مدرسان برای واحدهای استانی این دانشگاه از امروز 6 بهمن ماه آغاز می شود. به گزارش روابط عمومی دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی، دکتر اخوان در این خصوص گفت: فرآیند جذب مدرسان این دانشگاه برای استان های مختلف کشور از امروز آغاز می شود. وی افزود: متقاضیان باید برای اطلاع از عناوین رشته‌های تحصیلی مورد نیاز و سایر شرایط شرکت در این فراخوان به سامانه اصلی دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی استان مورد نظر مراجعه کنند، اما شرکت در این فراخوان هیچگونه تعهد استخدامی و یا جذب را برای این دانشگاه نخواهد داشت. معاون آموزشی دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی تأکید کرد: سامانه ثبت نام برای جذب مدرسان در این دانشگاه از امروز در دسترس قرار می گیرد و ثبت نام برای این دوره آغاز خواهد شد. اخوان با اشاره به تصویب دستورالعمل بررسی صلاحیت علمی و عمومی و به کارگیری متقاضیان تدریس علمی کاربردی گفت: این دستورالعمل با هدف اعلام سیاست های دانشگاه مبنی بر پذیرش مدرسان به تصویب رسیده است. وی خاطرنشان کرد: هدف از اجرای این دستورالعمل شناسایی و  بکارگیری مدرسان دارای شرایط علمی با سابقه کار و تجربه مرتبط و نیز خبرگان و متخصصان مهارتی در  حرف و مشاغل مختلف، انتقال و بسط تجربیات و تخصص مدرسان مجرب و متخصص به نیروهای بالفعل جامعه از طریق نظام علمی کاربردی و مهارتی، تسریع و تسهیل فرآیند به کارگیری مدرسان مورد نیاز و  توجه به استفاده از مدرسان متناسب با شرایط بومی و مبتنی بر آمایش سرزمین تدوین شده است. معاون آموزشی دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی تاکید کرد: متقاضیان پذیرش باید دارای مدرک دکتری با سابقه تجربی و آموزشی مکفی و یا دارای مدرک کارشناسی ارشد با سه سال تجربه کاری در محیط کار و تدریس و یا دارا بودن شرایط خبرگی (تجربی) بر اساس آیین نامه خبرگی مصوب مورخ 02/03/1394  دانشگاه باشند. اخوان اظهار داشت: مدرس علمی کاربردی آموزشی به شخصی اطلاق می شود که توانایی تدریس و تحقیق در دروس دوره های علمی کاربردی را داشته باشد . وی تأکید کرد: در این دانشگاه مدرس خبره به فردی اطلاق می‌شود که در یک حرفه خاص دارای تجربه، مهارت و تسلط کافی بوده، توانایی انتقال تجربه و تخصص خود به صورت تدریس در دروس عملی، آزمایشگاهی کارگاهی و یا تخصصی علمی کاربردی را داشته و چهره شاخص در زمینه تخصصی خود باشد. معاون آموزشی دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی خاطرنشان کرد: مدرس تجربی نیز به فردی اطلاق می‌شود که در یک زمینه یا حرفه خاص دارای تجربه، مهارت و تسلط کافی بوده، توانایی انتقال تجربه و تخصص خود را به صورت تدریس برای دروس عملی، آزمایشگاه و کارگاهی داشته باشد. دکتر اخوان درخصوص مراحل پذیرش مدرسان دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی گفت: در ابتدا متقاضیان باید به پرتال واحد استانی دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی مراجعه و از شرایط، ضوابط و تخصص های مورد نیاز مطلع شوند. وی عنوان کرد: همچنین متقاضیان باید در سامانه آموزشی دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی به نشانی edu.uast.ac.ir  درخواست خود را ثبت و کد رهیگری دریافت کنند. معاون آموزشی دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی افزود: پس از مراحل ثبت نام و پرداخت وجه ثبت نام زمان مراجعه برای مصاحبه علمی و عمومی به متقاضیان اعلام خواهد شد. دکتر اخوان تأکید کرد در صورتیکه تعداد متقاضیان هر رشته بیش از 3 برابر ظرفیت اعلام شده باشد، روند جذب متقاضیان از طریق برگزاری آزمون و سپس مصاحبه علمی و عمومی انجام خواهد شد. وی افزود: اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزشی و پژوهشی متقاضی تدریس در دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی ضمن انجام تمامی مراحل ثبت نام همانند سایر متقاضیان در سامانه، از بررسی صلاحیت علمی و عمومی مستثنی هستند.
