رامکا - Mehran_gharedaghi - 11-01-2021 پردیس فناوری کیش - طرح مشاوره متخصصین صنعت و مدیریت- گروه فنی مهندسی عمران رامکا چیست؟ رامکا در واقع بخشی از سازه ستون است که فاصله دقیق قالب تا میلگرد های ستون را مشخص می کند. رامکا باعث می شود راستای تمام ستون ها در یک خط و راستا قرار گیرد. [font=iranyekan, sans-serif]همچنین بهترین راهکار برای سهولت در قالب بندی ستون های بتنی می باشد.[/font] [font=iranyekan, sans-serif]رامکا در قالب بندی چگونه اجرا می شود؟ رامکا با فاصله حدودی ۱۰ سانتیمتر از پای ستون اجرا می شود. شامل ۴ عدد میلگرد به ابعاد نهایی ستون هستند که بصورت عمود برهم اجرا می شوند. در بعضی کارگاهها برای مجکم کردن میلگردها از خال جوش استفاده می کنند، که این کار مجاز نیست، زیرا جوشکاری باعث می شود سطح مقطع میلگرد کم شود. برای محکم کاری رامکا فقط از سیم آرماتوربندی باید استفاده کنیم. البته رامکا بتنی هم در بعضی جاها اجرا می شود. دلیل اجرای رامکای بتنی این است که میلگرد در شرایط محیطی مرطوب و خورنده باعث پوسیدگی شده و این پوسیدگی را به آرماتورهای ستون منتقل می کند. من در ادامه راه حل این مشکل را برای شما بیان می کنم. رامکا بتنی هم مشکلاتی دارد و مهمترین مشکل رامکا بتنی این است که بتن ستون را دو تکه می کند و در پای ستون که مهمترین بخش بتن ستون است مشکل ایجاد می کند. البته برای اجرا رامکا با ریسمان کشی از ستون اول تا ستون آخر در یک راستا می توان مکان دقیق رامکا ستون های میانی را بدست آورد.[/font] [font=iranyekan, sans-serif]بعد از این که رامکا را بستیم و قالب را به رامکا چسباندیم و بتن ریزی کردیم، می بینیم که تمام بتن ستون ها در یک راستا قرار دارد.[/font] [font=iranyekan, sans-serif]اسپیسر رامکا در ساختمان چیست؟ وقتی قالب به رامکا می چسبد و بتن ریزی را انجام می دهیم و قالب را باز می کنیم، می بینیم که انتهای سر میلگرد مشخص است و این باعث پوسیدگی و سرایت پوسیدگی به سایر آرماتورهای ستون می شود و از نظر دستگاه نظارت و مقررات ملی ساختمان مجاز نیست. برای جلوگیری از این مشکل از اسپیسر رامکا استفاده می شود.
