نحوی دستگیری سارق - 0019011776 - 29-09-2020 پردیس فناوری کیش _طرح مشاوره متخصصین صنعت و مدیریت_دپارتمان نگارش حقوقی: :   زمينه و هدف: يكي از جرايم شايع كه به شدت امنيت عمومي را به مخاطره انداخته و به احساس امنيت عمومي، آرامش ذهني و سلامت افراد آسيب وارد مي نمايد، سرقت از منزل است. ضرورت و اهميت برقراري نظم و امنيت ايجاب مي نمايد كه پليس با پيشگيري و كشف جرم به دستگيري سارقين اقدام نمايد. موفقيت پليس خود به علل و عوامل متعددي بستگي دارد که شناخت هر يک از آنها مي تواند در حصول به نتيجه، بسيار موثر باشد. در اين تحقيق به برخي از عواملي که در پژوهش هاي مختلف و در كشف سرقت منزل بيشتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته اند (ميزان شناخت شگردهاي سارقين، مديريت كارآگاهان بر صحنه سرقت منزل، شناخت ويژگي هاي حوزه ماموريتي، دسترسي به بانك هاي اطلاعاتي توسط كارآگاهان)، پرداخته شده است. مواد و روش ها: تحقيق حاضر در سال 1387 در بين 60 نفر از پرسنل پليس آگاهي تهران بزرگ به صورت تمام شمار انجام گرفته است. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردي، از نظر نوع و روش، پژوهش توصيفي- تحليلي است. در جمع آوري داده ها از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است (α=0.97). يافته ها: ميزان شناخت شگردهاي سارقين، مديريت كارآگاهان بر صحنه سرقت منزل، شناخت ويژگي هاي حوزه ماموريتي، و دسترسي به بانك هاي اطلاعاتي توسط كارآگاهان در كشف سرقت منازل موثر بوده است.
