Health is Wealth
Once upon a time, there was a king, who was very lazy. He did not like to do anything. He waited for his attendants to serve him every moment. He used to lie on his bed always. A time came when he really became inactive. 

Only eating good food and it's sleeping made him fatty. So fat he became that he could not move around by himself. He felt sick, doctors were called in to treat him. Nothing could help him to become fit and fine. The king was a kind hearted and cordial person. All his subjects were sorry to learn about the fact that their king was not well. 

One day the minister met a holy man (Sadhu) on the outskirts of the city. While conversing with each other, the “Sadhu” came to know the fact that the king was unwell. He told the minister that he could cure the king. Hearing this the minister’s face brightened. He arranged immediately for a meeting of the “Sadhu” and the king. 

The “Sadhu” saw the depressed king for a while and then spoke nothing serious had happened and that the king would be alright. From the next day the treatment would start. He asked the king to come to his hut which was at a distance from the palace. 

The king had to come on foot to the hut. The king agreed, after so many years the king came outside to walk on the road. His ministers and attendants accompanied him. By the time he reached the Sadhu’s hut, he was breathless, sweating and uncomfortable. 

The “Sadhu” came out.He offered cool water to the king. The king felt better. The Sadhu brought out an iron ball, the size of a football and gave it to the attendants asking his majesty that daily morning and evening he had to roll that ball in the palace grounds. 

After fifteen days when the “Sadhu” came to the palace to meet the king, he had lost a considerable amount of weight, was feeling much better and was active. All his sickness had disappeared. the king was not happy with his great wealth ,because he was unhealthy.

 سلامتی ثروت است

 روزگاری پادشاهی بود که بسیار تنبل بود.  او دوست نداشت کاری انجام دهد.  او هر لحظه منتظر خدمتکارانش بود تا به او خدمتکنند.  او همیشه روی تخت خود دراز می کشید.  زمانی فرا رسید که او واقعاً كم تحرك شد.

 فقط خوردن غذای خوب و خوابیدن او را چاق کرده است.  آنقدر چاق شد که دیگر نمی توانست به تنهایی حرکت کند.  او احساس بیماریکرد ، پزشکان برای معالجه وی فراخوانده شدند.  هیچ چیز نمی توانست  به او کمک کند تا خوب شود.  شاه شخصی مهربان بود.  همهرعایای او از اینكه از پادشاه آنها خوب نیستند ناراحت شدند.

 یک روز وزیر با یک قديس (صدو) در حومه شهر دیدار کرد.  "صدو" هنگام صحبت با او، به این واقعیت که پادشاه حال خوبی ندارد ، پیبرد.  او به وزیر گفت که می تواند شاه را معالجه کند.  با شنیدن این حرف چهره وزیر روشن شد.  او بلافاصله ترتیب جلسه "صدو" وپادشاه را داد.

 "صدو"  پادشاه افسرده را دید و سپس گفت که هیچ چیز جدی اتفاق نیفتاده است و شاه خوب خواهد شد.  از روز بعد درمان شروع میشود.  او از پادشاه خواست که به کلبه او که در فاصله کمی از کاخ بود بیاید.

 پادشاه باید پیاده به کلبه می آمد.  پادشاه موافقت کرد ، پس از سالها پادشاه به بیرون آمد تا در جاده قدم بگذارد.  وزرا و مأمورانش اورا همراهی می کردند.  هنگامی که به کلبه صدو رسید ، نفس نفس می زد ، عرق کرده و ناراحت بود.

 "صدو" بیرون آمد و همه چیز را متوجه شد.  او آب خنک را به پادشاه داد.  پادشاه احساس بهتری داشت.  صدو یک توپ آهنی به اندازهیک توپ فوتبال بیرون آورد و آن را به خادمان شاه  داد و از پادشاه خواست که صبح و عصر روزانه او باید آن توپ را در محوطه کاخبچرخاند.
بعد از پانزده روز که "صدو" برای ملاقات با پادشاه به کاخ آمد ، او مقدار قابل توجهی وزن کم کرده بود ، حالش خیلی بهتر شده و فعال بود.  تمام بیماری او از بین رفته بود.با وجود ثروت زیادپادشاه خوشحال نبود زیرا بیماربود.
 "سلامتی ثروت است".
