نانو کامپوزیت ضدگلوله - فاطمه الهامی نیا - 21-04-2020 کیش تک_طرح مشاوره متخصصین صنعت و مدیریت_گروه فنی و مهندسی : چنــد شــرکت آمریکایــی بــا ھمــکاری یکدیگــر اقــدام بــه تولیــد کامپوزیتــی حــاوی نانولولــه کربنــی و گرافــن کرده انـد. ایـن گـروه در حـال آزمایـش ایـن کامپوزیـت در سـاخت جلیقه ھـای نجــات ھســتند. جلیقه ھایــی کــه بــا ایــن کامپوزیــت وزن کمتــری پیــدا کــرده و مقاومــت بیشــتری در برابــر گلولــه خواھنــد داشــت. در بیشـتر پروژه ھـای علمـی تخیلـی حــوزه فناوری نانــو، نظیــر آسانســور فضایــی، نانولولــه کربنــی حضــور دارد کـه دلیـل ایـن امـر خـواص اسـتحکامی منحصـر بـه فـرد ایـن مـاده اسـت. بـه ھمیـن دلیـل کاربردھـای زیـادی بـرای ایــن مــاده مــورد تصــور اســت. ایــن شــرکت ھا اقــدام بــه ســرمایه گذاری ۲۰۰ ھــزار دلاری بــرای تســت روی مــاده ای کرده انــد کــه بـه ایـن منظـور طراحـی شده اسـت. ایـن مـاده ترکیبـی از نانولوله کربنــی و گرافــن اســت. ھــاگ کرایــگ از مدیــران ایــن پــروژه می گویـد کـه نانولولـه کربنـی و گرافـن گزینه ھــای ایده آلــی بــرای ســاخت جلیقــه ضدگلولــه ھســتند؛ دلیــل ایــن امــر، وزن کــم آن و اســتحکام بــالای ایــن مــواد اســت چیــزی کــه در دیگــر مــواد بــه نــدرت یافــت می شــود. کرایــگ می گویــد: مــا انتظــار داریــم کـه بـا ایـن فنـاوری کیفیـت جلیقه ھـا دو برابــر بھبــود یابــد بــه ایــن معنــا کــه وزن آنھــا نصــف شــود و مقاومــت بھتــری داشــته باشــند. جلیقه ھــای ضدگلولــه تنھــا زمانــی کــه ســرعت گلولــه در محــدوده خاصــی باشــد امــکان حفــظ جــان فــرد را دارنــد، در نتیجــه گلوله ھایــی کــه بــا ســرعت بــالا شــلیک شــوند می تواننــد بــه ایــن جلیقه ھــا آســیب بزننــد. کرایــگ معتقــد اســت کــه گرافــن و نانولوله کربنــی اســتحکام ســاختار ھگزاگونالــی گرافیــت را داشــته امــا ابعــاد کوچکتــری دارد. اگــر نتایــج آزمون ھــای انجــام شــده روی ایــن مــاده موفقیت آمیــز باشــد آنــگاه ایــن شــرکت ھا وارد فــاز بعــدی کار می شــوند کــه در آن بایــد ایــن مـاده کامپوزیتـی بـا پارچه ھـای چلـوار رایـج ترکیـب کـرد، بـا ایـن کار امـکان تجاری ســازی ایــن فنــاوری فراھــم مــی شــود.
