آشنایی با کلمپ انتهایی - roya2020 - 14-09-2019 دو نوع از این محصول موجود می باشد: نوع گوه ای و نوع پیچی که در ادامه به شرح هر یک خواهیم پرداخت. وظیفه اصلی که بر دوش دارند این می باشد که باید کشش و نگه داری کابل های برق را به خوبی انجام دهند. فروش پروفیل آلومینیوم برای آن ویژگی های منحصر به فردی به آن میدهد و علاوه بر این وجود آن از لحاظ ایمنی نیز بسیار ضروری می باشد. کلمپ های گوه ای بدنه فک گوه ای آن از جنس ترموپلاستیک است که بسیار مقاوم می باشد و برای باز شدن شیار فک ها باید حرکت رو به عقب داشته باشد. دندانه هایی در درون شیار های آن قرار گرفته شده است و دلیل آن این می باشد که نباید به روکش عایقی که بر روی سیم نگه دارنده می باشد، صدمه ای وارد کند و در عین حال باید آن را کاملا محکم نگه دارد. این کلمپ را می توان به پیچی که قلاب دار است و با براکتی از جنس آلومینیوم وصل کرد. کلمپ های نوع پیچی انواعی از این کلمپ ها هستند که به انواع انتهایی سه پیچه شهرت یافته اند و برای نگه داری از سیم هایی مناسب هستند که دارای سطح مقطع پایینی می باشند. برای بستن پیچ این انواع باید از گشتاور مناسب به اندازه ۲۵ نیوتن متر استفاده کرد. برای محکم کردن سیم مهار به پایه نیازی به هیچ گونه وسیله نمی باشد. برای محکم کردن نگه دارنده، لایه ی عایقی برای آن در نظر گرفته شده است که علاوه بر ایجاد شرایط مناسب برای دی الکتریک، به روکش نگه دارنده صدمه ای وارد نکند.
