افسوس را رها کن - fatemehghazanfariyan - 27-09-2018 افسوس را رها کن به افکار و تصمیم های امروزتان نگاه کنید.بسیاری از آن ها با دیروز و ماهها و حتی سال ها قبل متفاوت اند. ما آدمها مجبوریم در هر مقطع از زمان تصمیم بگیریم،در هر لحظه انتخاب کنیم و رد شویم.هر تصمیمی که در گذشته گرفته ایم،در زمان خودش به اندازه ی سطح آگاهی و توان روحیمان در آن برهه بوده،پس بهترین بوده! در گذشته هر تصمیمی میگرفتیم،در حدی از خردمندی و دانایی بودیم و اگر حالا پخته تر و دانا تریم بخشی از این آگاهی را مدیون همان انتخاب ها و دیگر تجاربمان در گذشته ای هستیم که حالا دیگر تمام شده. پس حسرت خوردن و شکنجه کردن خودمان به خاطرانتخاب های گذشته نه معنادار است نه مفید فایده.سرزنش کردن فقط به رنج هایمان اضافه میکند،راهکاری نمیدهد،حالمان را بهتر نمیکند. سرزنش کردن توهین به خودمان است،خودی که روزی تمام تلاشش را کرد تا حالمان را بهتر کند،تا دستمان را بگیرد تا نجاتمان دهد. خودی که همان قدر بلد بود تا حالمان را خوب کند. وقتی امروز خودتان را به خاطر تصمیم دیروز سرزنش میکنید یعنی خود زنی و نا ارزنده سازی آدم درونتان.یعنی خود شکنجه گری. پس بعد از تخریب خودتان دیگر انتظار نداشته باشید همان انسان با عزت نفسی باشید که دلتان میخواهد. افسوس را رها کنید! زندگی در جریان است و ما هر لحظه در حال رشد عقلی و عاطفی هستیم. اگر تجربه ایی داشتیم که شرم انگیز است و ..... ادامه..
