Hefei Liwei Automobile Oil Pump Co., Ltd. was founded in 1956, which is the first company in China to produce gear type power steering pump. Our company is China Automobile Power Steering Standard drafter under NTCAS (National Technical Committee of Auto Standardization).
Our company is located in Hefei Luyang Industry Zone, floor space is 48000 m2, workshop area 30000 m2, 228 staffs, product capacity is 450000 set hydraulic pump and valve. We have professional technology R&D team lead by state level experts. Our company is High and Innovation Enterprise rewarded by Anhui Provincial Authority.
We have many advanced manufacturing facilities, strong technical strength, complete measuring and test equipments. Production facilities include: machine center 55 sets, cam-profile grinding machine from Germany EMAG, rotor slot grinder and parallel surface grinding machine from Korea AM technology and other precision NC machine 32 sets, 4 pump and valve assembling lines, heat treatment oven 5 sets, aluminum cast oven 3 sets etc.
Measuring equipment include: Hexagon CMM, Gear shape apparatus, Length measuring instrument, universal tool microscope, hardness tester, spring tester, material testing machine, gear run-out measuring instrument, projector apparatus, magnetic flaw detector, metallographic microscope etc. Test facilities include: online tester 18 sets, R&D pump and valve tester 6 sets. Quality assurance is critical, our company was accredited ISO/TS16949 and ISO9001 certification since the year of 1999. Since then, continuous improvement of the quality and environmental and safety are always our focus
Our main products include gear type power steering pump, vane type power steering pump, high performance vane pump, forklift main pump, forklift oil pump, forklift inching valve, forklift solenoid control valve, forklift speed limit valve etc. All products are supplied to famous manufacturers.

1956 Hefei suburb agricultural machinery factory was set up, mainly manufactured agricultural mechanical parts.
1961 Company name was changed to Hefei Red Flag Agricultural Machinery Factory.
1967 Specially designated factory to make oil pump for imported heavy duty trucks by China ministry of mechanical industry.
1970 Company name was changed to Hefei Automobile Oil Pump Factory, began to product oil pump for Hangzhou Engine 6130.
1980 Specially designated factory to make gear type power steering pump for imported trucks by China first ministry of the mechanical industry.
1982 Our product of T138, T139 power steering pump for TATRA were appraised as High Quality of Anhui Province.
1983 Organizer for National meeting of automobile power steering specification standard, begin to draft the national standard.
1992 Manufacturing NB-A14 oil pump for HELI forklift.
1997 Manufacturing WD-A8 inching valve and KZ-A10 control valve for HELI forklift.
1999 Gained the certification of ISO9001, and later gained the certification of ISO/TS16949.
2002 Manufacturing KZ-110E solenoid control valve for HELI forklift.
2006 Enterprise reformation from State-owned company to share holding company.
2008 Design and developing vane type power steering pump.
2010 Win the prize of Hefei Quality Management Award.
