سلام دوستان و خوانندگان عزیز
در این متن می خوام توضیحی درباره دوبل دیود SKKD162/16 بدم . امیدوارم که براتون مفید باشه.
دوبل دیود کلا یکی از نیمه هادی و یکسو کننده ها ست که برای یکسوکردن جریان کاربرد دارد . دوبل دیود از دو دیود تشکیل شده که دارای رنج آمپرهای مختلف و ولتاژهای متفاوت شامل 1000 ، 1200 ، 1600 و 1800 ولت می باشد.
یکی از دوبل دیودها مدل SKKD162/16 است که دوبل دیود 162 آمپر 1600 ولت تعریف می شود.
