هر چند وقت یک بار به فردی دیگر می‌گویید که استرس دارید؟ اگر شغلی دشوار، فرزندان در حال بزرگ شدن و برنامه مهمی پیش رو دارید یا در محیطی زندگی می‌کنید که اتفاقات پشت سر هم و خیلی سریع روی می‌دهند، احتمالا حداقل هفته‌ای یک بار جمله “من استرس دارم” را بر زبان می‌آورید.
